How it works
Gym, pools and bookings through the app
- The gym has space for weight training and functional workouts, and the pools host swimming and water aerobics classes.
- Courts, barbecue areas and party rooms are booked through the residents' app, up to 90 days in advance.
- Guests are registered in advance by the resident, and access is controlled at the club entrance.

A club that keeps getting better
- Beach tennis court reopened (August 2024).
- Soccer field with brand-new turf (February 2025).
- Toy library opened (April 2025).
- Pet area opened (September 2025).

Residencial 2
What about the Residencial 2 club?
Residencial 2 (Alphaville Planalto Central 2) has its own private clubhouse, with many leisure amenities and activities all week long: party room and restaurant, cinema, kids' area, fitness center, squash, sauna, adult lap pool, leisure pool and children's pool, sun deck, decks, playground, tennis, beach tennis and multi-sport courts and a soccer field.
