Who Runs Alphaville Brasília
Professional management at two levels: the General Association looks after the development as a whole, and each community has its own association, with its own club, gatehouse and rules.
Development
Associação Geral Alphaville Brasília
Founded in 2010, the Associação Geral Alphaville Brasília (General Association) manages the external areas of the development: entrances, common areas, the park and commercial and multifamily areas. It handles administration, maintenance, cleaning, security and upkeep of these areas, complementing public services.
- 24-hour security: continuous monitoring, patrols and CCTV.
- Environment: springs, lakes, trails and reforestation.
- Maintenance: its own gardening team, lawns, gardens and roads.
- Institutional relations with public authorities and members.
Its office is in the Alpha Mall, inside the development. Its mission is "to maintain an excellent quality of life… in an ethical, transparent, participatory and inspiring way".

- Alphaville Urbanismo, founder of the development.
- The Associação Alphaville Brasília Residencial 1, which chairs the Board of Directors.
- The Associação Alphaville Brasília Residencial 2 e 3, as vice-chair.
- The Associação Alphaville Brasília Empresarial and the owners of commercial and multifamily lots.
The Board is elected every two years, and management includes executive, administrative, engineering, security and maintenance, and community departments. Bylaws, development rules and newsletters are available on the association's website.

Each community has its own association, which maintains the club, the gatehouse and the internal areas and approves construction plans under the subdivision bylaws.

- Associação Alphaville Residencial 2 e 3: manages Residencial 2 (Alphaville Planalto Central 2), under the motto "A Place for Happy People".
