Who processes the data

What data we collect and why

Forms (name, WhatsApp, optional email, interest, community and message): used only to respond to your request — to send property options, assess the sale of your property or schedule a visit. Legal basis: preliminary procedures related to a contract, at your request (LGPD — Brazil's General Data Protection Law — art. 7, V).
Visit origin (referring page and campaign parameters, such as utm_source): recorded with the request so we know which content generated the contact.
WhatsApp and phone: when you click, you leave the website and the conversation is governed by the rules of the app you choose.

Audience measurement (Google Analytics)

We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and clicks (for example, clicks on the WhatsApp button) and to understand which pages help most. We do not send Google any name, phone number, email or form message. We do not use advertising or remarketing cookies: Google's Consent Mode is configured with ad storage denied.

Legal basis: legitimate interest in maintaining and improving the website (LGPD, art. 7, IX). The cookie notice shown on your first visit informs you of this use. If you do not want to be measured, turn off analytics in this browser with the button below (the choice is saved in your browser; to undo it, clear the site data). You can also block cookies in your browser settings.

Sharing

We do not sell data. It may be processed by providers required for the website to operate (hosting and email) and, when you request it, shared with the owner of a property or with the interested buyer solely to enable the negotiation.

How long we keep it

Contacts are kept while the service is active and for up to two years after the last contact, unless a longer retention period is required by law. After that they are deleted.

Your rights

You may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of consent (LGPD, art. 18) by email at fale@condominioalphavilledf.com.br. We respond within 15 days.

Security

The website uses HTTPS. Form requests are stored in a private area of the server, with no public access.
