Condomínio Alphaville DF
Alphaville Brasília is on the DF-140 highway, on the border between the Federal District and the state of Goiás, in the Jardim Botânico region, one of the most sought-after growth corridors of Brasília. The reference address of the communities is DF-140, km 13.5, and residents’ routine is oriented toward Brasília: work, schools, hospitals and leisure are a few minutes away via the widened DF-140.

How to get there
From Brasília, the most common route is to head to the DF-001, in the Jardim Botânico area, and take the DF-140. The Alphaville entrance is at around km 13.5.
Two recently completed works have improved this route:
- Jardim Botânico overpass, at the former ESAF roundabout (DF-001), opened on November 8, 2024. It eliminated one of the main bottlenecks on the way.
- DF-140 widening, opened on May 24, 2025: 14.8 km of divided highway from Jardim Botânico, with a new bridge over the Ribeirão Santana.
Both works are complete and in use, and they have shortened the trip between Alphaville and central Brasília.

What is along the way and nearby
- Within the development: the two communities, each with its own club, Alpha Mall and the Via Horizonte towers.
- Toward Brasília: Jardim Botânico, the ESAF area and, further on, Lago Sul and Ponte JK.
- Regional growth: in the area where the DF-001 meets the DF-140, the Centro Urbano Tororó neighborhood project by Terracap (the Federal District land agency) was announced in 2026, one more sign of the development of the DF-140 corridor.
